2/9- Powerhouse 340-500p
SSB squat 5x325, 335, 345, 345@8
Pause bench press 1x265@8, 5x3x245

Some back discomfort from sleeping too long the past two days. Left pec was okay on bench. Also had some weird pain in left elbow the other day when pushing on stuff at an odd angle, but no issue today. ~4 min rests.

2/11- Powerhouse 830-930p
Squat 1x415@7.5, 4x3x390@7-7.5
Bw: 178

Didn't go to the gym at work cause I had a headache. But then it felt better when I got home so figured I should go. Technique wasn't great, but weights moved. 4-5 min rests.

2/12- Powerhouse 900-1030p
Bench press 5x225, 230, 235, 235, 235@8.5
Sumo deadlift 1x565, 5x3x535, dl bar and bumpers

Bench felt hard today. Used the new dl bar and some of the 55lb bumpers. Moved pretty well, but this set up has too much whip, I need to go deadlift at another gym with a comp set up. 4-5 min rests on both.

2/15- Work 640-730p
Squat 4x5x345
Pull down 4x10

Felt pretty awful cause sleep deprived and stuff, so didn't hit the planned weights. Left elbow has been randomly bugging me, so skipped cgbp.

2/17- Powerhouse 410-500p
Pause bench press 1x270@8.5, 5x3x250@7.5-8

Elbow still feels funky, but doesn't seem to mess me up too much so far. 4 min rests.

2/18- Powerhouse 810-1000p
Squat 1x420@8, 4x2x400@7.5-8
Sumo deadlift 1x575@8, 2x3x545

Not too bad on squats. Loades up deads with the thinnest bumpers on the inside. Made what felt like a significant difference, but I might also just be tired. Some things hurt, so cut some back offs. 4-5 min rests on squats, idk for deads.

2/19- Work 810-840p
Close grip bench press 7x185, 195, 205, 205
Lat pull down 4x10

Eased off the close grip a little, don't want to make my elbow worse.

Haven't done paused variation in a while. More specific than SSB cause 3.5 weeks out.

2/25- 4 Star Gym 600-800p
Squat 1x430@8, 4x2x410@7.5-8
Sumo deadlift 1x578@9, 3x2x545@8-9, dl bar and comp plates

Squats felt good, but deadlifts did not. Maybe I was tired from squatting or something, not really sure.

3/3- Powerhouse 410-450p
Pause bench press 3x4x245@8.5-9

Having a headache doesn't help with bench.

3/4- Powerhouse 800-1000p
Squat 1x405, 430, 445@9
Sumo deadlift 1x585, 615, 625@9, dl bar and bumpers
Bw: 179

Two weeks out, so as is customary apparently I tore my finger deadlifting. Should be fine by the meet, but might have to be cautious next week. Didn't make it to the other gym cause work. Fairly happy with squats. Deadlifts is technically a PR.

3/6- Work 810-910p
Pause squat 3x3x365@8
Close grip bench press 4x210, 215, 220@<7
Lat pull down 3x8

Just keeping up squat and bench frequency.

Pause bench press 1x290@9, 3x2x275@8.5-9
Squat 1x415@8.5, 3x2x395@7.5-8

Bench felt pretty good. Wore my squat shoes, but I doubt that was what made the difference. Back was a little bit sore from sleeping too long but squats were still okay.

3/10- Powerhouse 330-410p
Squat 1x405, 415

Back felt less sore this morning, but more sore while squatting, so cut my session short. Suppose to work up to weights around my openers. Probably going to try to bench and deadlift on Tuesday depending on how things feel.
