Just done a week or so of training after a bit of a slump. The initial doms is over, starting to feel good again :)

Garage space is limited while I build a couple of things for the garden. My bench is staying in the rack, so just benching and pullups for the last couple of weeks.

strained my right lat or thereabouts, been pretty uncomfortable (woke me up during the night). Possible culprits are the pullups/chins, benchpress and cycling I've been doing for a while, or (more likely) the incline bench I tried yesterday which I've not done for a while. Anyway, giving myself a day off today and if it's aching again tonight I'll take some drugs and get some sleep.

Thanks Ben, it was fine. Took it easy a bit, back to normal, where normal is currently benching around 80kg for sets of 6, around 30 chins or 20 pullups daily in short sets.

guess i should start logging again.
superset BP and pullups (my rack is quite short so ROM is a bit incomplete). BP 90x4x4; pullups: around 15 reps, lost count.

Gave blood yesterday so took a day off.
Today, BP 80x(3x6, 3x4) + 20 pullups
