Thought about doing some back-off sets,
but decided not to, since this was a light day.

Bench with wide grip, index fingers on rings:
20 kg x 5 x 2
40 x 5
50 x 5
60 x 5
65 x 4
70 x 3
75 x 2
80 kg x 2r @8 ( or maybe @7 )
2 minutes rest.
This is really a too wide bench grip for me,
but it's a nice variation.

Rows ( from hang ):

2 minutes rest.

but I felt "something" in the right side of my lower back
going up on the last rep. ok ....

This was okay.

I had planned to do deadlifts today,
but because of that "something" in my back
during squats I decided to do rack pulls instead.

So I hadn't planned to lift today, but after a very stressful day at work
I decided to lift anyway, since lifting is very relaxing for me.
It almost worked too, mostly.

So today I did:

Squat:
20 kg x 5 x 5
50 x 5 x 2
70 x 3 x 2
90 x 3
105 kg x 2r x 5s
100 kg x 4r
2 - 3 minutes rest.
All squats paused for a moment in the bottom position.
I could still feel "that ting" in my lower back,
but it wasn't too bad. Maybe a 2 on the scale?
So all in all it felt pretty good.

Overhead press:
20 kg x 5 x 2
30 x 5 x 2
35 x 3 x 2
40 x 3
45 x 2
48 x 2
51 kg x 2r x 2s @8 or so.
2 - 3 minutes rest.
Nothing much to say about this.

Close grip bench:
20 kg x 10
40 x 5
50 x 5
60 x 5
65 x 4
70 x 3
75 x 2
80 kg x 2r x 2s @8
2 - 3 minutes rest.
By now I was getting hungry,
so I didn't do any back-off sets or anything.
But this felt pretty good.

but it wan't that bad either.
Some problems with form today.

The 90 kg single was a bit too slow, so
I should probably have stopped at 85 kg today.
On the other hand, the 80 kg back-off set was okay, so who knows.
No big deal.

I can't think of any other reason it was so difficult...
