Skipped deadlift day because I twisted my knee slipping on the ice walking down the road to the mail box sunday evening.
Knee is still sore, so I did another press day.

Knee is still "loose", and it is painful if I stretch the leg. But it held up good during the squatting, so I'll pretend everything is all right.

Odd how loading the knees heavily with a properly executed movement usually makes it feel better! But hey, only four or five months of winter, and then spring time is here!

Usually I change to summer tires in the beginning of May.
Last year I waited a bit, for no reason.
We had the last winter storm of the year on the eleventh of May.
Must be the global warming, right?
