That’s cool. Much like Rogue the prices are about 20% higher for us than what the Americans pay. Not surprising though considering import tax and transporting it here.

The USA has it so good for home gym options.

What size of file is allowed?
I don’t remember the precise image size, but it’s pretty small. Best thing to do is post images to Imgur and then use the image markup to embed the photos.

Is there any decent way to do t-bar rows without bolting shit to the floor/rack? I wanna pick up some kinda handle but I'm wondering how it even works equipment wise

Put the end of a barbell in a (padded) corner?

You don't need to pad the corner. Cut a hole in a tennis ball and put it on the end of the barbell sleeve.

This is my rock. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
Just a test. 100lbs is a nice weight. Could feel my low back tighten a bit, so i'll need to do the little breaths and bracing as i go for laps with this.
The small one, 68lbs, was just too light.
I really do need a windy day, or to not be in blackfly season
They aren't biting yet, but still a pita
I could see getting one a bit heavier at some later date.
100lbs is great for now
And multiple trips will work just fine for making it harder

Just doing this for movement variety/injury resistance/resilience.
Not looking to do any strongman training.
