Home Gym: Show Me Yours, I'll Show You Mine

Bands, chains, wraps, straps, racks... are you sure this is training related?

That’s cool. Much like Rogue the prices are about 20% higher for us than what the Americans pay. Not surprising though considering import tax and transporting it here.

The USA has it so good for home gym options.

What size of file is allowed?
I don’t remember the precise image size, but it’s pretty small. Best thing to do is post images to Imgur and then use the image markup to embed the photos.

Is there any decent way to do t-bar rows without bolting shit to the floor/rack? I wanna pick up some kinda handle but I'm wondering how it even works equipment wise

Put the end of a barbell in a (padded) corner?

You don't need to pad the corner. Cut a hole in a tennis ball and put it on the end of the barbell sleeve.

This is my rock. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
Just a test. 100lbs is a nice weight. Could feel my low back tighten a bit, so i'll need to do the little breaths and bracing as i go for laps with this.
The small one, 68lbs, was just too light.
I really do need a windy day, or to not be in blackfly season
They aren't biting yet, but still a pita
I could see getting one a bit heavier at some later date.
100lbs is great for now
And multiple trips will work just fine for making it harder

Just doing this for movement variety/injury resistance/resilience.
Not looking to do any strongman training.

@Wilhelm that's awesome.

I've been doing carries and pushes lately and it's a lot of fun. It just... feels right, you know?

I started at thirteen with some water-filled bottles, I think they weighed a maximum of 12 lbs. With them, I worked on my biceps, shoulders, back, and from a good angle, even my chest. After that, I progressed and moved on to a log.

It is fun.
I embrace boredom in training, but i am definitely ready for a little variety.
As mentioned, should be good for general resilience as well.

I may get out there today.
Windy enough maybe to keep the blackflies at bay, and a light barbell day.

Did 300 feet with the oblong 100 pounder followed by 100 feet with the round 95 pounder.
The oblong one is easier to hold, round one actually more challenging on the upper/mid back

If i get out there today, i'll shoot for 400ft., and see if maybe 500ft. is in the cards.

500ft. will have to wait -

Nothing revolutionary set up wise, but it's really nice being able to add these in.

Nothing all that interesting, but when the steel cable broke on my pulley setup I switched it to climbing rope. Way smoother.

It's Titan... but I want it:

Idk when it's coming out though. The gun rack was cool, and I always liked how it "put my bars on display" but I want something to store my trap bar, too. And since re-arranging my gym (gun rack on wall in front of power rack), its a PITA to get bars off the wall.
