I have the TSA warmup times calculator, but not the info to fill it out at this time.
And it's just for times.

I vaguely recall seeing something like this recommended, but maybe not for deadlift.
I'm interested in how each of you do this part of meet day.
No...I warm up the same way I would at home for a heavyish (@8) single. TSA have a free spreadsheet for warmups and attempts here: http://thestrengthathlete.com/freebies/

Scroll down to "Attempt Selection Aid, Updated Warmup, and Kilo Loading Sheet"
Thank you, good sir. : )

I failed to see (or remember) the warmups tab.

To expand upon what @Manveer said.... A good rule of thumb is to open with something you could hit for a triple and thus if you were to take it for a single before your 1st attempt, it would be doable. But! But! If you lift your opener as your last warmup, you are unnecessarily expending energy that you could be conserving for a PR third attempt.

I find the TSA calculator to be spot on for squat and bench, but for deadlift, I like to take fewer warm-ups and I make bigger jumps that what is "recommended."

I've officially signed up for the Canadian Nationals this February in Calgary along with my eldest son. I'm lifting in Masters 2 105kg class and my son is lifting in 93kg Junior class as an 18 year old. I hope to out wilks him:)

Best total I've achieved is 607.5kg or 1335lbs back in June. I'm hoping for a little better this Feb but we'll see what happens.

Should be an interesting and fun meet. In addition to all the lifting, there will be workshops put on by some famous power lifters such as Blaine Sumner, Bryce Krauszic (sp) of Calgary Barbell and others. I've signed up for unlimited workshops since I'll be hanging around for most of the week since I lift on Wednesday and my son lifts Friday. I'm also volunteering as well but not sure what they'll have me doing yet.

We'll stay at my Mom's place which is pretty close to the venue, and then we'll drive home to the Vancouver area Saturday, stopping in Banff at the hot springs for a post meet soak, and then a meal at one of my favorite restaurants, the Magpie and Stump!

I've got a meet in about two weeks. I compete at 66kg (145.5), best lifts in meets at 190/110/215 (418/242/474) and best gym lifts are 192.5/115/225 (424/253/496). Hopefully won't shit the bed at Nationals.
How did your meet go, @NikhilT ?

USAPL Maine state records have been pretty much blank since i started looking at them.
Now they are starting to fill in, and at masters 2b 93kg, they are well below my numbers.

What has me really fired up though, is the records for the weight class above me (105kg) are right around what i'm already shooting for.
Nice to have some extra motivation.

Squat - 172.5kg / 380.3lb

Bench 95kg / 209.4lb - I've already benched 225

Deadlift 190kg / 418.4lb

Total 457.5 / 1008.6lb

I thought for a second i would try and play it cool and not say anything until after the meet.
But you probably already know, not saying something isn't my strong point in most areas.

Training and a meet are two different things, and i've never done a meet.
All that much more reason to train the commands, and make sensible attempt selections.

It's feeling more real every day now.

Yeh do eeet! I haven't comped yet but 'plan' to someday. The Powerlifting Australia Masters 2 (50+) 105 & 120 divs (i'm about 110-ish) have some decent lifts, but I've gone higher than the 105 squat record a couple of times (227.5) in training, and equalled the 120 (240) in training- so it's tempting. Next year, maybe, when I'm 50. Deadlift in 120kg div is 310 though. Dayum.

So I am doing a 'virtual' meet sometime between Jan 14 and 20 - probably the 20th. I'd love to compete in a genuine meet one day but they're pretty thin on the ground local to me, and I also feel like I want to get my numbers at least a little higher before I venture into the real world. I figured this would be a good way to dip my toe in the water, so to speak.

I've left it a little late, with 5 weeks to go, but probably should attempt to do some peaking programming rather than the BBC stuff I've been running, and particularly I want to get my bench number up. I'm also feeling pretty tired and run down, but on the upside this is my last week of work before a fortnight's break so I'll have a little more time to recover and maybe even add a little volume before tapering.

Important to practice at least THINKING the commands if you don't have someone to say them out loud for you! I have competed more than once and I barely get nervous anymore (just excited, really). But this most recent meet, I jumped the commands for squat and deadlift simply because I haven't been practicing with them recently.

Also, if you're gunning for a USAPL record, be prepared to get drug tested. Check the WADA prohibited list; a lot of things are legal to sell but not OK to have in your system if you compete in USAPL/IPF. Get a TUE (therapeutic use exemption) if you need for some medication.

Creatine is the only thing i use.
I did see in the prohibited list, certain AMPK activators. From what i'm reading, they mean SARMs
A ketogenic diet in and of itself ends up activating the AMPK pathway.
But the head guy of USAPL Maine answered my pm and said it's not an issue, as they are testing for metabolites of those drugs, and keto should not cause any false positives.
Luis of Ketogains also replied to my query and said keto doesn't pose any issue RE: testing.

It's actually a pretty interesting subject.
If i hadn't become fairly well informed about my diet, i wouldn't even have recognised AMPK when i saw it referenced.
But again, it's the drugs, not the pathway itself that are being tested for.
And by very sophisticated methods at that.

USPA Raleigh Ruckus Meet Recap:
Division: Men's Open
Weight Class: 90kg
Placing: 3rd

Squat: 396.8lb

Bench: 297.6lb

Deadlift: 446.6lb

Overall I was pleased with the meet and how it went. I kind of shortchanged myself and left some weight on the bar in the squat and bench, but its a learning experience. My first squat attempt was sketchy as I rushed myself and got my hips loose as evident in the video linked below. I let it get in my head and kept my next 2 attempts very conservative and ended with a 396.8lb final attempt going 3/3. Bench started out great with a smooth 275lb opener followed by a missed 2nd attempt at 297.6lb. The 2nd attempt I jumped the "START" command, and as evident in the video linked below the left side spotter unexplainably grabs the bar while I was pressing up and that ended my attempt. I again let that get in my head and instead of going higher I stuck with 297.6lb as my final attempt and went 2/3. Deadlifts were the one lift that I wasn't feeling great about, but surprisingly went really well. Opened low with 405lb then went conservative with 429lb as my 2nd attempt, and ended with a meet PR of 446.6lb final attempt going 3/3.
