197.5x1 @9ish. This flew up since I focused on refining bar path in the last week. Then did 80% - 168 6 sets of 4= 24 reps, got to @9 on last set, about 2.5 mins between sets
SQUAT 82%, 14-16 reps
361 lbs - 4x3, 2x2 = 16 reps in about 19 mins
DIPS - 4x AMRAP good form, 90 seconds between sets

CURLS - DUMBELL, STRICT

Feelin' good.

Thanks! Yea the goal is to create a week or so buffer for chins and dips and then I will try to maintain that and push when I transition to a new block or something.

12, then 8 sets of 6,then 5 then stop = total of 65 reps

Did a shit load of grippers for about an hour during lectures at work today, just ladders, 1,2,3,4 until I felt tired

My way of accumulating these is with rep ladders, for example today chins 2,3,4,5 and for dips 3,4,5,6,7.
