And what do they do for you?

I do Vitamin D because I don't get much sun and I feel infinitely better when I take it. Doesn't make a difference in my lifts though.

Also melatonin. Melatonin has an almost magical effect on my sleep. I went from being lucky to get 6 hours of fitful sleep to getting 7-8 hours with just a couple wakeups each night.

Protein powder, because I feel and perform better on a high protein diet and but that much meat gets expensive.

Fiber gummies, because protein powder gives me the runs. The fiber gummies don't actually help, so I'm pretty much just finishing the can because they taste really good.

Creatine. No noticeable effect.

Whey protein. Helps me get enough protein without having to eat it all. Significant effect.

^Same. Whey is damn convenient. I take the creatine because it's proven to work. I don't notice it, but maybe it's helping?

Everyone should be making overnight oats with Metamucil and protein powder mixed in. Beautiful turds of youth. Should have a positive effect on the standard blood panel as well. There’s a thread about this one.

Caffeine is a miracle drug.

I respond to creatine both positively and negatively. As a result I don’t take it.

Vitamin D. Daily.
ZMA. Daily.
St Johns Wort. Daily.
Caffeine. Daily. More on lifting days.
BCAAs (incl Citrulline Malate) on lifting days.
Casein protein most days before bed.
Some kind of protein bar most days before bed.
Whey protein when I haven’t hit my protein macro with dairy/meat - not often.
Still weak.

Vitamin D because my blood work came back deficient. Science Based Medicine thinks it's bullshit though.

I'm unsure about creatine. Sometimes when I take it I feel weird. So I haven't taken creatine for a while.

+1 for melatonin. Greatly helps me get some decent sleep going from late shifts on to early otherwise my recovery would be even more fucked.

I've found a good sleep mask makes a bigger difference than melatonin. It's very hard to truly black out a room.

My TSH super high. Low test. Etc

Creatine daily - been dosing this for a while and not sure if it helps or not, but I keep taking it bc I don’t notice any negative effects.
Whey protein - as needed to help hit protein goals.

Back in 2013 my TSH came out at the top of the reference range. Doctor said nothing but when I saw it in my lab results, I decided to experiment. Started sprinkling iodized salt in my morning oatmeal and on my hardboiled eggs. A year later my TSH was smack in the middle of the reference range and now is in the lower portion of the reference range. Despite the salt, my blood pressure did not go up.

Any particular brand you like? I've used one of the ones they give out on airplanes and it was super annoying. But it was probably not a good sleep mask.
