This morning, pre-workout, I had a scoop of whey.
Then post-workout, I had a banana, homemade 2 egg omelette sandwich, a honey dip donut from Tim Horton's, along with a cup of rooibos tea.
This made me happy. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day.

.5 cup dry oats, 1.25 cups water
1 chopped apple
fresh grated ginger, diced jalapeno pepper, cinnamon
After microwaving, add:
1 scoop unflavored protein powder, 5g creatine
milk, walnuts, peanut butter, blueberries, and a sprinkling of granola
Also, 20 oz coffee.
Same thing every morning, no need to mess with the perfect breakfast.

For Mother's Day, I made Eggs Norwegian (Benedict w/ smoked salmon instead of Canadian bacon). Sous vide for perfect poached eggs and a quick stick blender hollandaise sauce. First time making and quite the fat bomb, but freaking delicious.

First breakfast was a shake with water, instant coffee, 2% milk, 1.5 scoops whey, creatine. And a granola bar. Post work out packet of oatmeal.
Second breakfast was two chicken breakfast sausages and two hard boiled eggs that accidentally froze in my fridge. Thawed hard-boiled eggs are disgusting.

Then a bowl of porridge with frozen strawberries, skim milk and honey, a tub of YoPro with expensive Brookfield Farm
granola on top, and a couple more coffees.

Well, I assume. That's the name of a city/region, and most of the time that's why they call it that. Personally I prefer African coffees, but I buy American about half the time because I like the names and they always sound so good. All those chocolate and caramel flavors. But I prefer the floral stuff.

@Allentown I usually go for fruity or floral too. This particular one has a strong citrus pop.

I've also tried pea and soy protein, these don't dissolve as well as whey. You get a gluey sort of paste -- need more liquid to compensate. And you need to be tolerant of the taste of peas/tofu in your oats.
