Just a heads-up that in a few days I'll be opening slots for new folks. I'll have all the details on my 'still-being-built' website.
The quick and dirty: I'm going to be offering two programming options
- a template based "club". I'm pretty excited about this option. Every month I'll focus on one or two new movements, and implement them in a way that reinforces the motor learning over time. I'm a bit of a motor spazz, so I'm sensitive for the need to learn new movements properly. I'm also going to regularly give my take on the "meme" programs and programming tools out there...that is I plan to "curate" the fads. Every month will feature release notes giving background and rationale for the programming decisions as well as coaching notes on the background/purpose and mechanics of the new movements. I'll have 2,3 and 4 session per week options.
- full custom. This is more appropriate for competitive athletes, snowflakes, the injury prone, and folks with specialized circumstances etc.
As I mentioned,details forthcoming.

As a busy guy I'm definitely interested in a 2-session per week option. Would I have access to all three options so I could switch back and forth?Hanley wrote: ↑Sun Sep 23, 2018 10:33 am - a template based "club". I'm pretty excited about this option. 2x per week training is exciting since there's barely anything out there that mentions training any less than 3x per week.

Definitely. Yes, it might be suboptimal. But so what? And if people can dedicate only two days?MattimusMaximus wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 8:35 am 2x per week training is exciting since there's barely anything out there that mentions training any less than 3x per week.

Exactly. It's more optimal than not training at all.DrHades wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 12:22 pmDefinitely. Yes, it might be suboptimal. But so what? Templates eh?
Could be good.
Unless you've just found a way to connect the random program generator to a Paypal account.
Nah, gotta be good.
