Unintentional two days rest might've made this workout easier, but I was pretty happy with pin squats coming together on the last week and strict press hitting the 1 plate promised land after doing it for only 6 weeks. On DB incline I have trouble keeping my wrists and elbows stacked, so there's a tendency to either stall or lose the DBs behind me. I like pairing chin ups+curls to really fuck up my biceps on two days, and bench+tricep isolation to really fuck up my triceps on two days instead of doing arm work together.

Gonna try out some stuff for the next block while keeping what worked really well for this block. Bench seems to be taking off for once in my fucking life, while everything else is still going up steadily. Also I look noticeably more jacked despite being 202.5lbs. Not particularly happy with upperback rounding in the SSB or tng Press in general. Will probs switch to paused press or strict press for another block. Got some input on from my coach about pause DLs, which was to stay off my heels at the top, and bench, which was to stay tighter when the bar's on my chest and don't be a coward with my RPE as my form gets more consistent for heavy sets.

Got a job coaching/managing a new PL gym, and when they posted a recent DL single on IG I got a bunch of stupid ajd shitty comments about my back position on deadlifts. I really hate IG and all the shitty people hiding behind their profiles. Sometimes I don't even want to use this site since it's partially funded by that "mini-Rip" Marc and I still remember his IG tirade against me.

Too tired for GPP muscle ups today, didm't bother with ab wheel or cardio. Gonna do those some combo of tomorrow or Friday.

Remembered to slow down the eccentric halfway through squat warm ups, single was a little rough with right knee caving. Squats feels significantly better and more consistent these past two weeks. Bench single was good, 5@9 went to shit after rep 3, back-off sets were good again. CG Incline Bench is hard and not much more than my standing press for the same rep range, fucking lol.

Powerlifting is fucking garbage, and IG is 90% of the reason why. I'm tempted to remove every lifter I don't know from here or irl and just not allow any lifters to follow me and start posting way fewer videos where anonymous pussies can see them.

Squat and bench PRs on the same day were pretty solid. Squat is consistently in the 350+ range for my singles which is cool since I haven't put on as much weight as I'd like, and bench is responding very nicely to this block+not missing reps like an asshole. CG incline bench is hard for how smol it is, but makes me feel most jacked out of all bench variations.

Plates hit the safeties on one side during my single with 358, but it still moved decently well. PR on the fahve, back-off sets went well. This has been a really good block for squats, probably from the combo of squat+chains and drastically increased volume from doing belt squats right.

Bench single was okay, Bench top set sucked, back-off sets were much better. Needed to stay on my shoulders and turn my hands in more for the Japanese Bulldoge grip. CG Incline is hard, def should've done 57.5-58.5 and not missed a rep again.

Deadlifts moved really well today; 540 was easiest it's ever been, and I knew from the last warm up I was gonna full send it for 485x5 to get that 4 reds milestone. I've started looking a few feet ahead vs almost straight down, so my start position/back extension is a bit better. Chest was really fatigued for larsen bench and bracing wasn't very good until it had to be. Also I did belt squats first just in case I didn't get to finish my main lifts before I had to go teach class at the other gym.

I think I might exceed expectations and squat something close to the mid-400's by the meet, which would really help out my squat:deadlift ratio. 440 and 622 would be really nice, and then I could probably total 1300+ with even my bad bench press.
