I'm running Hanley's HPS experimental thingamajig, and I'm benching more volume than I'd normally. So since I'm doing more, I might as well make sure that I'm at least ballpark correct with my form.
Here is a single @90%
and here is a set of 4 @82%
My thoughts:
I'm not sure if the bar is vertical over my shoulders or trending closer to my head. For these sets I was moving my visual focal point towards my feet by couple of inches off of my normal sightmark.
I think I'm keeping my scapula retracted for the duration of the sets, but I'm not sure what I'd be looking for. I'm considering filming a set or two of me failing to keep them retracted with an empty bar, just to see it visually.
thanks in advance

Overall those look okay.
I think Dan Green has some YouTube videos on leg drive. I don’t think you’re using much right now, and this can be integrated over time.

I am no expert by any means, but I think @mgil hit the only visible flaw in the vid....lack of leg drive. It doesn't "look" like your legs are anchoring your shoulders to the bench.
Really, other than that possibility, these looked good!
