This is the longest I've gone without lifting barbells in over 10 years. I've been working out at home as much as I can, mainly kettlebell shit and pushups with some band exercises thrown in. The limited equipment I have (just a 44 lb KB and a set of elitefts bands) makes it difficult to follow a structured training program, and I'd be a bit reluctant to start one not knowing how long the gym will be closed. I've found I can still get variety of decently challenging workouts in, and I haven't lost any noticeable muscle mass.

Yep. I’m sure I’ve lost a noticeable amount of top end strength, but I’m pleasantly surprised at how easy it’s been to avoid losing muscular size, especially since I’ve been doing mostly endurance training.
