I’ve got professional help working on this tomorrow. We’ve just been hobbyists running this place so we’re doing our best!

Another issue is that no matter what kind of photo or screenshot I try to attach on mobile, it always tells me the file is too large. So I have to upload to an external server and post the link here.

It has to be pretty small. I've used http://resizeimage.net to make images sufficiently small in file size to attach. Option 7 compresses for this function quite well.

Not sure if it means anything important, but the site is loading pages quite slowly for me (other sites normal) and i got one 500 error.

Yeah. Site's been a bit slow most of the morning here.
As long as it's not critical level traffic that would cause the host to shut us down again, i'll muddle through.
