Bench - i was grinding the hell out of 137.5 when in the middle of the rep, some random dude ran and helped me lift (i was benching alone with safety bars). I don't know if i would have completed that rep without him
Then i did 120x4, and some light deadlifts

Bench: 135x1
Then, some light deficit low handle trap bar, up to 220 for some doubles (cant fit any more weight on the bar)

Deadlift: Failed with 277.5kg, and then dropped to 220x9, which is a pr. Then, some pump stuff

easy day - Bench 130x1, Deadlift 240x1
5/7:
Deadlift - failed twice with 280, then hit 265 for a double
6/7:
Bad bench day, technique feels off. Some heavy pendley rows with 120 and 130

Sorry for lack of updates lately. Interesting lifts that happened while not posting: Finally hit 140kg on the bench (twice!), and hit 120kg power clean. Also, my gym got a decline bench, so i started to do it for the first time in my life - hit 145kg (yesterday).

Started with decline, realized i am weak, and moved to deadlifts - 270x1, 260x2

Deadlift 272.5kg and that's it
22/7:
Started benching, realized i am ridiculously , so switched to Press - hit 83x1 and then 60x11
23/7:
Press: failed 85 beltless, then i put on a belt and hit it with not much difficulty. Then, deadlift 220x9 (after 260 for some singles)

Press: failed 87kg really close to the lockout. Went for 80 for a double, but i was already too tired and only hit 1 rep.

Press: failed with 87.5kg, then hit 80x2.
Switched to deadlifts, and hit a PR with 280kg!

Press: up to 85kg. Then i did some squats after a long time of not doing any - climbed to 180kg.
30/7:
Press: up to 85kg
Deadlift: shitty day
31/7:
Press: climbed to 80kg and realised i am weak today.
Behind the back deadlift: few singles with 240kg.

BTW, can anyone see the videos i am uploading? It looks like they are unavailable here, for some reason...

low handle trap bar - failed with 300, then 250x6
incinle dumbbell press - some sets of 10 with 42
Some light overhead presses

Monday:
Overhead press 90x1
Deadlift 280x1

Tuesday:
Overhead press 92.5 - failed twice, then 80x3
Behind the back deadlift 280x1
high bar squat 180x7

Thursday:
Trap bar 354x1
Football bar bench 135x1, 120x4 and some more pumping with 120
