Good question. This have been traumatic and resulted in a lot of soul searching.

Probably just get more work done.

Squat: Did the called out %. Probably too light. Will just add 5 pounds every week until it gets to the right difficulty.

I'm trying to substitute machine exercises for volume to decrease the wear and tear on my elbows.

Feeling okay on this. Elbow pain is a minor nuisance. On the RPE diet (sort of). Seems to be going well from a recovery standpoint.
