Dips (-23)x10,10,12. 1.5 min rests.
Cycled 3k in 5:30.
Comments: There was no small plate on this Assisted machine so I just went same weight and more reps on last set instead. Need to go when I'll have a platform to DL next session, too busy today

Was aching from the last workout and possibly a bit of a cold coming on (I think) but went in regardless and did stuff a bit lighter.
DL 80x5. Mod.
Chins and Dips Superset, 30s rest, lots of reps.

Dips (-14)x5, (-18)x5,8. 1.5 min rests. Mod.
Chins (-14)x5, (-18)x5,5. 1.5 min rests. Mod.
Comments: tried the 100kg DL to see how it felt, might try that weight next and see how many reps I get.
Chose a random weight on Dips and Chins too since there was no labels on the machine. Went and confirmed the weights on another machine later!
