I think I'm gonna join Baker Barbell Club. The price is very reasonable and I don't wanna second guess what I'm doing anymore. If I do I'll probably use this log just to track PRs.

Joined Baker Barbell Club but the weekly templates don't come out until Sunday at 7pm so probably won't start until the new year. I think I'll run the basic barbell track because I care about strength more than physique but I may run the powerbuilding track if the current block is still going on for the basic barbell. Either way it'll be nice to have both options in case I get bored and want to mix it up for a block or 2. I'll post PRs here.

Moved this workout way up to fit better with my work schedule. Felt fine probably because of the surplus I've been in lately. Starting a cut to 180-185 here this week. I may run the powerbuilding track while I cut as Andy recommended something with more autoregulation to someone else on the FB page. We'll see.

Squat 230x2rx8s ~1'

Deadlift 315x5x3 5'

Bent Over Rows 172.5 x9, 8, 7 3'

Did cardio in the morning highest incline at 3mph for 30' no hands to get my heart rate up. My fiancée told me this is a tiktok trend which I find hilarious because I used to do this workout 10 years ago when I was into bodybuilding and I sure as hell didn't invent it. I also used to dry scoop preworkout sometimes which I know was/is a stupid trend.
