While Thanksgiving resulted in copious nutritions, I will say that other recovery factors were not optimizedt. Failed the pull after some pretty intense shaking about 3" short of lockout. All pulls done with straps.
I need a power bar with more aggressive knurls, maybe even a 28.5mm one (TPB? Other suggestions?) to get back to being able to hook my top work. Hooked the last warm-up single at 480 no problem, so I'm keeping up some practice.
Definitely finishing this next time. Kind of looks like I quit on it. Maybe I did.

*it was at least a pretty fail. Way more technically solid than the 455 I managed to complete 2 weeks ago. Naturally I shall try it again
**This is a fake PR. I've never done this for 3, but I did 405x5 2 weeks ago so it's a technical PR only. Very meh.
