Bar over midfoot cue

"I do NOT want you focusing on maintaining the barbell directly over the mid-foot, but rather that the system (including you plus barbell) remains perfectly balanced on the mid-foot throughout the squat. In other words, pay attention to where the pressure is on your mid-foot, and make sure it stays there."

I thought this squat cue from @Austin is an improvement over The Master Cue - visualize the bar in a slot over midfoot.

This is especially more important with novice peeps, weaks peeps, older, and obese peeps. Which is a large portion of the "market".

Their own weight will be a significant part of the total mass (barbell load + lifters weight).

That bar might not be over midfoot, or in extreme cases not even over any part of the foot (for the lifter to feel balance on their midfoot).
