I know there have been some replies in other threads about this, but i'm hoping to get people's takes on the topic in one thread.
All i'm looking for is a rough guideline. The online planners and guides are too detailed and kind of assume you have a handler doing the timing.
The roster has been posted, and i'm in flight b.
15 lifters in flight a
16 in flight b, but one is dead lift only.
There is a flight c as well 15 lifters. But i don't think that affects me.
I have no idea where in the flight i will be.
My squat warm up is
45X10
135X5
185X3
275X2
315X1
330X1
After my third squat, should i just immediately warm up for bench, and the same for DL?
Bench and DL are short warmups
bench
45X10
95X5
115X3
155X1
185X1
DL
135X5
225X3
315X2 - i could stop here and be ok
330 or 335X1

Re: Meet warmup timing
Read the paragraph after the title "warm-up". Applies to lifters in the second flight.

Caveat, I haven't tried this myself, but it looks reasonable.

I hadn't seen this in my googling.
Pretty much the framework i was hoping to find too. TY

Re: Meet warmup timing
If you're in the second flight for bench as well, then start warming up when the first flight begins their bench attempts. Doing so immediately after your third squat might be overkill, depending on how the meet is being run.

Re: Meet warmup timing
Thanks, @Hamburgerfan
So i missed one "minor"detail.
Flight A is the women and is completely separate.
So B flight is actually the first men's flight.
In a way that makes it easier. C flight squats and B flight rests, fuels and then warms up for bench.
Meet director has announcer audio and monitor in the warm up room too.
I'm taking sweats and a hoodie in case it's cold.
I'm not going to get too worked up now that i know how the flights are running.
The rule book got me hella confused with the whole round system thing.
Need to time squat warmups, but i'm much less worried now.
I'll do my best.
