Bless your heart, keeping it simple!
I'd rather the guy speak for himself. He hasn't been shy with vocalizing opinions and beliefs.

Have you considered working with an experienced SSOC member, such as Matt Reynolds, Scott Hambrick, or Chase Lindley?
Heh. Interesting aside- Reynolds and I worked together in late 2012-Mid 2013 to get ready for a meet in Philadelphia, the Arnold 2013, and Raw Nationals 2013.
It was a good experience and I have nothing bad to say about it. I ended up working with Mike T from mid 2013- Late 2015 (Raw Nats 2015) before the CrossFit stint. That was a good experience too.
I think that having a good relationship with your coach along with trusting their judgement is very important. Additionally, the training needs to comport with existing data and empirical evidence (for the individual). For that reason, I use Mike T. We have worked together for a long time on various projects and we get to talk regularly.

Fair enough.
Glad to see you enjoy what we've put together on this site. I wasn't sure you'd come over to our forum, after starting your own.
Who knows, maybe you'll end up doing the Exodus Online Meet...feel free to check out our Instagram!
There's also a Shitposting forum thread about IG names. You could always drop down there and add your name to the list.

Last year a lifter at another meet dislocated a shoulder pressing and dropped the bar. When it's an accident and no one gets hurt, all is well. But when it's purposeful dumping or dropping of the bar, that's when stuff gets dicey.
Wave.
That was me.

Ten months and a torn labrum and glenoid fracture repair surgery later, my squat is better; my deadlift is near last year’s numbers, but my press is lagging. I’ll take it though.
