Took the kids on a cub scout camping trip this weekend. Had chili dogs for dinner on Saturday. After breaking camp yesterday, we got Waffle House for brunch; hence the hashbrown scramble this morning--my son didn't finish his at the diner yesterday, so I ate it and told him I'd make another one for breakfast today.

Time to get back on the wagon...
