i have an in depth understanding of the persian farsi culture and have been exposed to the language and have known many persian people including many professors. Persians are some of the nicest, smartest, and respectful people in the world and their culture is very unique. unfortunately when governments take power that do not represent their countries population, the people take on that persona and it hurts their reputation. the mullahs and ayatollahs do not represent the average persian, especially young person. most persian like america, but to say so outwardly in Iran is to defy their theocratic government. and persian kabobs are bad ass.

There was no possibility of seim medaling at this point so they weren't pissed that siem was going to medal ahead of behdad. They were pissed that behdad got three whites from all three judges then got it taken away, and to be honest his elbow twitch wasn't enough to take away the lift. Either way, no one was going to touch lasha that day or anytime soon for that matter.

Failing to see the "abuse" from Iranians on lashas IG. I do see some writing in Farsi, but it very well could be congratulatory comments. Maybe I missed something. Anyway, I enjoyed watching the super heavies on the YouTube link you posted
