Normally I would have just trained yesterday, but I spent most of Friday and nearly all of Saturday/Sunday prepping and painting this deck I built last year. I'm not actually anywhere near DONE, but I did manage to (probably) under-eat, get really really dehydrated both days, and get a nice base tan that makes showers feel like I'm being flayed alive... so I figured a day off to take the kids to the zoo wouldn't be the worst derail in the world...

Replaced the collars I've had for the last 5 or 6 years with some Rogue HGs and not having my plates wander down the sleeve by like 2 or 3 inches was fucking nice...

Is an unbearable schedule on my mental health...

The one set of stiff legged deads always feel like I'm not doing anything.
I bumped the E1RM on deads a touch because I'm starting to feel like I was a little too conservative...
Edit: noticed some light headedness on the overhead... was my breathing shit? Or was it the blanket of Canadian smog we're under? Maybe both...

No training today, apparently a rogue hurricane decided to blow through town while I was at work...
Wasn't as bad as my panicked wife made it sound but I took care of the clean up instead... it's a deload week anyway not gonna screw anything up...
