I am now down to using just one rolled gaze and two 5x9 surgical pads to cover The Leg Hole. It also no longer bleeds. Progress.

Instead of a GPP yesterday I did a scrap run. I had about a ton of broken parts and end bits of material I threw out of my truck into my yard to make room over the years. Also two rusted 4 cylinder motors which I had to hand load and unload. My back is not happy right now.

Woke up with a stupidity tight back. I don't think it was the squats, in the second to last bench set yesterday I felt a slight tweak in like lower left back setting up. No pain just tight. Maybe it was the squats. Doesn't matter.

Back is back. Also I noticed the last block I did both low bar and high bar beltless and HB was just about the same despite not really training HB. So for a while were joining team Highbar to see what happens. My only concern is highbar for higher reps (7-12) seems to give me a tension headache.

I've started to just wear a nose strip all the time. It's incredible being able to breath easy.
