Re: inAugelevation of the Yescebodome
Bro day bonus stuff
EZ curl
60x15,10x3
Upright Row
70x10,8,8
Front raise
25x6,6 seated super hard
Facepulls 55x9,15
Done while wife was working out. She filled the first page in her log book. She’s killing it.
Knee is still weird. Gonna wake up early and try running, but I’m keeping it easy. Also I’m thinking of cutting my running volume down anyway. Start switching up cardio (weighted treadwalking etc)

Re: inAugelevation of the Yescebodome
202.5/201.3
Tex-ish method week 0 day 6
Trail run, 1 minute walk break every 1.6 mile loop
6.5 miles in 1:19:22
At the reservoir, significantly easier terrain than the neighboring preserve. You can tell because of all the little kids and old people walking dogs.
After this I took the girls on a 3 mile hike. I think I could probably run it, nad there’s enough elevation to make me worried, so that’s cool.

Re: inAugelevation of the Yescebodome
Slump continues
Skipped yesterdays run
Tried working out with my wife.
I got 180x5x4 with the American cambered bar, and then sharp pain in my finger. Bailed on squats.
My wife is is 9 workouts and going strong. Super proud of her.
I need a break or something. Maybe a completely new program, maybe a short break from training. I’m going to brothers this weekend to help move, so more skipping workouts.

PED#3
Press, from the floor
115x3,120@8
Jogmill, 9:1
3.8 miles in 49 minutes
Break to spot my wife.
1.2 miles in 15:17
ETA
ab wheel
kneeling x5x3 for the DOMS
I’m really loving working out with my wife.
She racked the SSB and loaded her own weight.
I’m spotting her on incline bench still though. So I was in the treadmill while she squatted and deadlifted.
I think I’m going to have to take up one of her hobbies…

Re: inAugelevation of the Yescebodome
My knees hate anything involving them being held in the slightly unlocked position (why the standing calf raise machine can fuck off). I’m probably not telling you something you don’t already know/do, but I have to be very careful with RDLs that the initiation of the movement be entirely with my hips, moving back and up. They obviously can’t really go up, but I pretend like I’m trying to plant my ass on some place on the ceiling, at a 45 degree angle behind me. The very slight knee break has to stay absolutely the same throughout, no letting the knees come further forward even in the slightest.
