Anybody have some feedback on how they felt after a donating blood?
How long did you wait until working out afterwards?
Lightheaded or low energy?
Experiences?
Or don't worry about it?

Re: Lifting after Giving Blood
I would wait until the next day. I tried training five hours after donating blood once. Had to stop after a warm up set. Maybe it varies from person to person.

Looking forward to see what others have to say.
I'm planning to donate blood too. I'd probably train few hours before donating, and then rest the next day.

Never had a problem donating in the morning then training in the afternoon or the next morning, personally.

Re: Lifting after Giving Blood
Last I worked out and then went to donate blood I was told off that I should not have worked out before donating (something to do with blood flow and the injection site?). Never trainer after though, especially if you feel a bit light headed
