Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) was mocked for blundering the term “Petri dish” while floating a claim that the government wants surveillance on everything Americans do, including when people go to the bathroom and eat cheeseburgers, Mediaite reports.

Said Greene: “The government totally wants to provide surveillance on every part of your life. They want to know when you’re eating. They want to know if you’re eating a cheeseburger, which is very bad because Bill Gates wants you to eat his fake meat that grows in a peach tree dish. So you’ll probably get a little zap inside your body that’ll say ‘No, no, don’t eat a real cheeseburger, you need to eat…the fake meat from Bill Gates.”

That's what makes Elon Elon. All those points are valid, and he does it anyway. You could have written this same article 10 years ago about the Model 3 or Falcon 9 and had equally valid points, and yet:

^ i have to put this ..... or people will say i'm stupid like the thankgiving day in south korea question i asked that people thought i was retarded and didn't know the origins of thanksgiving even though they celebrate jesus-fucking-christmas-day in japan for example (but it has nothing to do with jesus, and more about KFC). further irony is when i worked for one of the indian reservations in the 90's here in AZ they would actually take Columbus day off and we thought that was funny-sad-funny .... context is everything. they changed that later on and then started intentionally working on Columbus day, but it was a federal holiday and the reservations are really quasi-federal-states (or federally run or overseen by feds) so that created a big stink, now its native peoples day.
