Post links to your favorite sources of strength training information here. If you can, maybe include a few words of why it is useful or why you like it.

Also - since we can edit posts, you can add them into one post.

Ironmind (http://www.ironmind.com). Ironmind makes Strength training equipment including the captains of Crush grippers and many of their products are used in WSM competitions. Ironmind also publishes a quarterly journal focusing on strength training, "MILO", focusing on lifting news, Highland games, obscure Strength sports, and iron game history.

The Tight Tan Slacks of Dezso Ban (http://ditillo2.blogspot.com/?m=1). Whoa. This is a great source of information. This blog consists of old articles from Powerlifting USA, Strength & Health, etc. Authors include Tommy Kono, Doug Hepburn, Paul Anderson, Ken Leistner, Terry Todd, etc. highly recommended. I've printed out a few of the best ones as a special book for my garage.

The History of Powerlifting. (https://titansupport.com/category/ken-leistner/). Ken Leistner (Dr. Ken) wrote an awesome history of the sport of Powerlifting. He was there (and handling Moran) when the collars popped off Lee Moran's 1000lb squat. He describes the evolution of the equipment. A fantastic read. Highly recommended. It is hosted on Titan Support Systems website.

Sandow & the Golden Age of Iron Men (http://www.sandowplus.co.uk/). This is a collection of articles written by and about very old time lifters. Many of their "courses" are on here as well. If you want to read about famous strongmen from the early 20th century, and how they trained, this is a GREAT resource.

Catalyst Athletics (https://www.catalystathletics.com/). Catalyst Athletics is Greg Everett's site and focuses on Olympic weightlifting. There are a few program templates available for free and purchase. This site accompanies Greg's books. It is a great resource for Oly lifting.

A little more rigorous treatment than the book by the geologist anyway.
I'll be the first to admit that Greg sometimes makes leaps based on soft assumptions, but this resource is at least as good as the book that I'll never recommend again.

https://www.starkcenter.org/iron-game-history/
Iron Game History: The Journal of Physical Culture began in 1990 as a journal for people who want to write about, read about, or formally research the history of physical culture. In past days, magazines such as Strength & Health and Iron Man carried material of this sort on a regular basis in either an article or a news format but Strength & Health is no longer being published and Iron Man has become more focused on the modern bodybuilding scene. Among academic publications, the Journal of Sport History carries articles in this general field from time to time but the main thrust of that journal is, as its name implies, directed at competitive sports.

Iron Game History is totally non-profit, peer-reviewed, and published under the auspices of the Roy J. McLean Sports History Fellowship at The University of Texas. No one is paid for articles or artwork and no one is paid for editorial work. The magazine layouts are done by Jan Todd. The money we receive from subscriptions to IGH is used to pay for printing and mailing and we use surplus monies, when there are any, to increase the size and quality of the journal. What started as a sixteen page journal with few photographs has evolved into a thirty-six page journal filled with photographs and line-art drawings from the Todd-McLean Physical Culture Collection. We offer a variety of subscription opportunities: four issues, eight issues, Fellowships (eight issues plus your name on the inside cover of each issue), and Patrons (eight issues plus your name on the inside cover of each issue). Subscription information is available by clicking the link to the left.

A lot of good stuff on here. I really like the section on westside training, as some of the information is pretty old and it's interesting to see what they used to recommend. Some of the old school methods are still useful. There's also an extensive variety of articles from other sources.

I'm not very widely read, but what do y'all think of the stuff from Juggernaught or Israetel?
