Sumo certainly seems to be the way to get the heaviest deadlifts. Wouldn't be surprised to see the SHW class start doing Sumo as the smaller guys are almost at SHW record weights. Almost seems like cheating

Belkin and Cailer Woolam both pull using hook. cailer just posted a video on his YouTube on how to do a hookgrip. It’s the same as every hookgrip tutorial out there.
