I think he will do that or more.. he is a consistent monster. I think he broke the 242 total by 100lbs

Sumo certainly seems to be the way to get the heaviest deadlifts. Wouldn't be surprised to see the SHW class start doing Sumo as the smaller guys are almost at SHW record weights. Almost seems like cheating ;) :roll: :lol:

Belkin definitely hooks his (or has an ungodly strong doh grip). But not Nasonov. You can see at 27 secs in his right hand is supine/palm forward.

Belkin and Cailer Woolam both pull using hook. cailer just posted a video on his YouTube on how to do a hookgrip. It’s the same as every hookgrip tutorial out there.
