TL;DR =
good fucking luck with "bulking", GOMAD, Sheetcake diets to put 10 more lbs on your bench, "eating thru the sticking points", etc ...
...and then you realize you are a slob and need to lose a ton of weight.
Keeping it off is going to be a reeeeeeeeeeeal tough thing to do.
I tried to time stamp at the relevant parts.
(i didn't think the 6 Biggest Losers study was relevant)
