Not a wyvern. Wyverns have 4 limbs - 2 legs and 2 wings. That kid is clearly a dragon of some description.

Credited to add: I actually thought it was hilarious though, 90s mdma user and SIDS both cracked me right up, and xenophobe and feline declawer were really funny too.
