Sorry, your sponsor thought my "Year of wasting time on 5/3/1" training log was so damaging to the brand it had to be deleted. This thread should follow.

Eh, I actually went back and re-read Stanton's first post. Not really advertising.
I re-take back all the things I took back.
I still want my old logs back, though. I'm hoping if I go back far enough I can find a point where I was weaker than I am right now...

Nothing got deleted, and isn't going to as things currently stand. If we wanted to delete it, we wouldn't ask anyone's permission. There was never talk about deleting the thread, it was about Stanton's posts. The OP is a fine thread. We are, however, locking this topic since it has now devolved.

Yes, Stanton is advertising. The USSF is surrogate advertising for SS. He joined and posted exclusively for marketing purposes. These are facts, and opinions/commentary aren't required here.
