185 if you are between 135-185 bodyweight.

205+ 225x50

Squats. 1 continuous set. You work up to over a month.

Did 205x23 at 202.6 BW attempting 1 breath between each rep. Accidentally took 2 twice. Might have had a couple more but cardio sucked, I was tingling and might have passed out.

Sorry for the crappy video but I clicked the wrong setting on my editor.

Results: 210x15, followed by 210x16.

It was really hard. Felt like more of an oxygen thing then a strength thing but it sure exposed some weaknesses.
