I want to start a training log on the Exodus Strength web-site. Is it possible to copy years worth of a log from another website to my new Exodus log? If so any suggestions on how to do this?

I would (and did) just type up a summary of my training history for my first post, put a link back to my old log (if you want), and go through the old log and save it all as a PDF for your own future reference. I mean, no one but you is likely to take the time to look through years worth of previous logs, and if they really want to you can put the link there. If you save it on your computer as a PDF you can go back and search through it if you want to check something.
