Re: The Stimulating Reps
Would that be a lifetime dead PR? I seem to recall you having a moment of reverse zen after hitting a 600lb SGDL? Maybe it was conventional though.

Re: The Stimulating Reps
Eh. Should probably start logging again.
Caved and went to PT for elbow tendonitis and general hip/back fuckery. Great decision. I wish every city could have a PT/facility as awesome as Prime Performance and Physio (Belgrade MT). That place is fast-tracking to being a PL mecca.
Also of note: I started TRT. Goodbye Natty Card. Meh. Pretty great so far. I was worried about aggression (history of being a hot-head), but -- to my surprise -- I'm quite tranquil
Anyway
11/19: Bench: 25 reps @ 315 in sets of 2-4 (all snappy) + cardio
11/20: SSB: 245 x 8, then 5x5. just getting grooved.

Project unfuck hips (short Isreatel-inspired session) :
Tempo Sumo Squats:
4x8 @ 155 (ridiculously humbling, but easy-enough-ish)
SSB Good Mornings
4 x 8 @ 125
More air bike

Re: The Stimulating Reps
If you're going to switch units you have a lot of work to get another patriotic meme, but it will be way more genuine in America-units.

Well...maybe not. A gentleman (new to Montana and apparently oblivious to certain cultural norms) thought it would be okay to call me a bitch at my local bar on Friday night. I conveyed my displeasure and made boundaries clear.

Bench 3x5 @ 340.
Data forthcoming. Felt like a total slog and peak force data supports that.
