Quit quitting, lazy boi!
How is "training"? Mine's stagnant but I'm keeping at it, just not logging because of lazyness, insignificance and the lauchification of the self.

Re: CeeKa's Log
Ahhh... the laziness...
Numbers haven't been going up for me neither. I did finish the BBM hypertrophy program, but really wasn't able to befriend it. Too many reps, too much exhaustion.
Switched to Hanley's Montana Method afterwards, which is really a delight. I love it much so far, though training was inconsistent due to (my very last) exams and two weeks of training-free vacation.
I moved to a different city on Sunday to work on my master's thesis for half a year. Found a nice gym (Fit One, like your's @unruhschuh ) with eight power racks - I like it so far. Training should be more consistent over the next few months at least. I'm also trying to get better at eating.
