Today was a +40 pound PR. Artificially high increase, because I don't do singles often.
Today's deadlift was 3x bodyweight.
I was worried about the +80 pound jump between attempts, but that was what the program called for and it worked out.

Starting new programming for lower body Monday.
I am going to use the lower body programming from Andy Baker's Garage Gym Warrior II.
Training Maxes will be 450 squat and 520 dead.
Lower body days MWF.
Upper body days TRS.
Each session is ~30 minutes.
