Still here, still training.I did an old workout from a book, four days a week, got to week 17 of the first 18 weeks and just went @$@£$ it, I don't care about this stuff any more. Now I'm just doing some silly thing I saw on Youtube as a kind of minimalist thing. I'm not even sticking to that programme.

For got to put in Tuesday, it's been that kind of a week. Hi bar sq 87.5x1x5 EMOM 77.5x5x5 E2MOM, BN 80x1x5 E2MOM 70x5x5 E2MOM RDL 45x20x3, what a mistake, DOMS R US.
Some bloke came in, hoisted his shirt in fron of the mirror and put on, what looked suspiciously like, a corset or some sort of wrap around control garment. He then had his phone on speaker , going "Start workout now" at which he began frantically tugging on a rubber band.

DB row 40x30, target achieved, but keep to weight and do more reps.
