Hammer curls (10 minutes) 12kg. 48 reps.
Pushdowns (10 minutes) 20kg. 61teps.
Face pulls (10 minutes) 20kg. 70 reps.

Low bar 3x120/ 3x140/ 5x160
High bar 6x5x95
Calf raises (10 minutes) 40kg. 64 reps.
Leg extension (10 minutes) 50kg. 100 reps.

I dunno if I can do calf raises. I was having to cut the ROM to ensure I didn't get cramps. Not really a long term solution. I was hoping 5x160 was surpassing my old strength but I don't think it quite is yet. I was still really happy that it was so easy though.

Today was supposed to be 3x165 but I did 5x160 quite easily the week previous. I thought I must be in for more than that and so I gave it a crack. Wasn't disappointed.

DB press (10 minutes) 20kg 42 reps
Flye machine (10 minutes) 45kg 56 reps
Cable curls (10 minutes) 25kg 48 reps
Lying LTE (10 minutes) 30kg 29 reps

Switched out pull ups as my elbow pain has flared up. I'm also having some tightness in my shoulders so I threw in sets on the reverse flye machine to hopefully help.

Sumo 1x170/195/220 (back to five plates. Whoot!)
Head supported rows 4x6x65
Chin ups (10 minutes) 10kg 13 reps.
Pull throughs (10 minutes.) Had to use another machine here so I'm not sure what the weight was as it only has numbers. 52 reps.

I must stop with the dive bomb and yank that I'm doing all the time. I nearly missed the rep from knocking the bar out of position. After getting it back though the pull was easy.

Lat pull downs (loads of sets)
Reverse pec deck (loads of sets)

I ate, a lot, and went straight to the gym. I was so bloated that a simple stretch made me feel pukey. I failed even at 175. I stopped and had to do it again. Proper failed this all because of the puking sensation and for no other reason. Now I'll take most of the week off to rest my tweaked hip and I'll go back at it and it'll fly up.

Day 1

Good mornings 4x8x50
Lat pull down machine 3x8x80
Reverse flyes 3x10x115(lbs)
Narrow grip lat pull downs 3x6x75

Stopped the cluster reps for now. Just until my back/hip feels fully healed. Putting straps on worked really well. I could focus on the whole pull rather than my hands hurting and so on. I'll still do singles without them I think though.

Really wasn't in it there. I think I went in with a low carb and calorie count and I just had no go at all. 170 flu a lot slower than it looked so I feel like I could have ended up getting the 5. Balls!
