For some reason did sets of 6 instead of 5. Felt super weak deadlifting.

Lat Pulldown - 8-12reps @9 x4
Tricepz pushdown - 8-12reps @9 x4
DB Curlz - 20kg x10 x2, 17.5kg x10 x2

3 Goals for 2021:
- Get to ~90kg
- Squat and DL over 225kg
- Bench 160kg
Lifting numbers are probably a bit unrealistic since my main goal is to drop weight. Will still do my best!

Nordic Curls, and a jump rope?

As for the front, I don't know about strength, but split squats/lunges of every variation and sissy squats might keep your legs cute, if not strong.

I love 'em. I credit them for adding a few pounds to my deadlift a year or so back when I started doing them.
