Not loving lifting weights right now. My main goal right now will be to lose weight. I’ve neglected serious back training for a while now so my second goal is to increase bodyweight pull-ups. Part of me still wants to maintain my squat, bench, deadlift, and press strength or at least minimize strength losses so I think I’m gonna train them somehow whether it be directly but with minimal volume or through variations I haven’t really pushed before.
