So basically cardio? I need to try to shorten my rest periods even more. It must be nice to get the workout in under 20 minutes.

Yup. Squat, go to bench. Get tight and go. Stand up, walk to DL and do setup. Pull 1st rep as soon as tight, then 1 good breath between pulls. Stand up and go to squat bar and rest until you can contemplate getting tight, no more than 30 seconds (this is only break).

You feel like death after, but I think door to door time was 13 minutes including checking mouse traps (no mice).

Have 0 cal sports drink ready for end.

I did a circuit today with no weight and was pretty sure that my time was up. Reading this made me puke in my mouth a bit.

3x5x(S 235 B 165 D 225), 5m16s from taking 1 step to get under the squat bar to standing up from last DL and smacking pause on the timer.

I may vomit though. I think on Thursday, assuming all goes well and I'm not too sick (some ick starting) I'm going to do this again, but am for 6m vs racing, then doing a 5m rest 1 lap 5m rest 1 lap so 5 total laps, 3 fast and 2 slow. At 2m per lap I could do a full 5x5 workout in 10m, which would be a great tool to have in the pocket of "strong, but not just 1 set every 15m strong".

Sick atm, so I said "I'll just walk around and take care of stuff at lunch". Legit exhausted and hard to stand at the end, counting it... 17 '24 cardio sessions.

Been lifting every Tu/Th and cardio every M/W/F, but it's too boring to log.

Today I did ascending singles SBD up to S 340, B 230, D 315ish, then did a wrapped squat at 360, a that red arm thing I'm blanking on the name bench at 235 and a 350 strapped DL. It was fun and I feel like 0 fatigue.
