I tracked a deer for 3.5 hours and then dragged (2/3rds with help) it .45m (dressed weight 105 dragged un field dressed). I'm logging this as cardio and lifting, because I am now sore to an epic level.

I spend ~1.25 hours rearranging new equipment in the hopes of, without going to Home Depot, being able to safely anchor bench stuff. I may have found it. 1x5x135 Bench.
