It is not as complicated as it might look. I don't want to ''post new reply'' every day, that is why I just edit the initial post. One post is one week worth of training, so 1= monday, 2 = tuesday ...

And also abbreviations, bj = broad jump, bs = back squat, dbbp = dumbbel bench press, etc. Then, eg. 14@80% = 14 reps with 80% of 1rm in whatever scheme of reps x sets I want.

Anyway, I want to broad jump 300 cm before I die and there is not much time left.
I mean I don't plan on dying soon (30 yo.) but the older you are, the harder it gets...


Regarding music: yeah, you are right. But I forgot exactly which band we talked about.

I don't actually even remember anymore. I think they played on some music festival we used to go to. In 2010-2015 we used to go to 3-4 festivals each summer.
Tbh, I have never listened to Bethlehem, only heard of them. I assume they are cool conisdering you brought them up heh.

I'm not familiar with their full catalogue - lots of line up changes are a turn off for me - but Dictius Te Necare is a genre classic featuring a uniquely unhinged vocal performance. Well worth a listen or a dozen.
