Deficit deadlift single with 545lbs at RPE 8. I think my RPE was pretty accurate. Might post all my singles from this week in the technique section and get some opinions on my RPE accuracy. Those are weird 45's that are a few inches smaller than normal 45's.

Been a rough week, so haven't updated. My grandmother passed away on Monday and work has been crazy. Since it was a deload week anyway I just took the week off and will pick back up Monday. I'm training a new guy to take over my route and I'll be switching to a different one that will be a few hours shorter for the same pay. I'm also closing on my new house on the 28th. We just went furniture shopping today and got our living room and bedroom stuff picked out.

Sucking at keeping this updated lately, but still training. Also training my replacement at work this week and finally starting my new route on Monday. Closing on my new house hopefully next Friday too. Bought furniture this week and still have more stuff to get. Looking forward to shorter shifts at work starting Monday.

Still having a lot of trouble judging RPE. In my head all three of these felt like 9.5. Looking at video I think they were 8-8.5.
