Mostly taking it easy this week, benched a bit on Monday. Feeling beat up from the weekend and the last few weeks.

HBS 305x10
Tempo squat 205 3x8 continues to be easy and feel good
Split squats, ab wheel, and 1 leg calves 3x5

Switching days next week for a bit more recovery and skipping pulls this week.

High box squat 315x12 could have kept going
3-0-3 tempos 225 3x8
Calves +40lbs 2x20
Split squats 3x10
After 2 reps on abwheel felt like my abs were going to separate so I stopped.

Good day today. Was tempted to get rid of the box, glad I didn't. I'm comitted to keeping it in with tempos at least thru the end of the year. My knees don't mind.

Good day for deadlifting. 405 shrugs probably looked fugly, but I can feel my traps now!

Woodworking so my attention was elsewhere, think I had a real grinder left in the tank on the press. Would have had 50 in six sets on the chins but my math was off. Happy to see my chin numbers improving as well.
