Did the same thing with DL as with Squat this week: felt a little better, but then didn't want to push doing back-offs as the fatigue number was getting up there. This ends up being an Intensity week by default, I guess.

Actually felt pretty decent today. Maybe I've been wrong all along and that taking a full week off occasionally is helpful. Definitely not feeling super strong by any means, but I felt fresher today than I have in a while.

Not sure what's going on with me but I keep losing weight. I've also had an ache in my buttocks (inb4 Forrest Gump) for a full month now. A quick google search brings up sciatica and 'deep gluteal syndrome (sic)' - basically, overuse injuries - or else some kind of nerve impingement. The upshot being, since pretty much rest is the only recommended treatment, should I stop lifting for a while? Instead, my default solution has been to half-ass it in a vain hope of preserving my now sub-300 squat.
